- 6 cups or 1500ml water
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 1 sachet MAGGI Spring Season Soup
- 200g readymade shish barak
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
- Add water, tomato paste, and MAGGI Spring Season Soup to a large saucepan.
- Bring to boil. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, then add shish barak and simmer for 5 minutes, or until shish barak are cooked.
- Garnish with chopped coriander, then serve.
Serving Tip: Serve plain yogurt with this soup.
